Refund and Reservation Policy for Studio 206

Welcome to Studio 206, your destination for premium-quality audio recording services. We place a high value on your experience, and to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction, we have formulated the following refund and reservation policy:

Recording Services:

  • No refunds will be possible after the use of our recording services.

Errors and Communication:

  • In case of an error or issue, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We will strive to resolve the situation to your satisfaction.

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Discounts:

  • No discounts may be combined with any other discount.

Studio Cancellation:

  • Studio 206 reserves the right to cancel an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control, such as power/computer outages or health-related issues. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

Client Cancellation:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time to receive a full refund. Beyond this period, cancellation fees may apply.
  • In the event of an appointment cancellation, please note that the deposit made to confirm the reservation is non-refundable. We encourage our clients to inform us as soon as possible in case of cancellations or modifications to their appointment. This allows us to better manage our schedule and explore alternative options, if possible.

Pay-on-Site:

  • If the client chooses to pay on-site, a deposit proportional to the total service amount is required. This deposit ensures that your recording session is reserved exclusively for you and will not be offered to other clients. The balance is to be settled on-site. In case of non-payment, the sound engineer may refuse to release the recorded project to the client.

Inappropriate Behavior:

  • Any inappropriate behavior, including repeated non-payment or disrespect of the workspace or staff, may result in denial of studio access without a refund.

Studio Usage Conditions:

  • Studio 206 is a smoke-free zone. Smoking cigarettes or consuming substances inside the studio or isolation booth is strictly prohibited.
  • Liquid beverages are allowed only if contained in a sealable container.
  • Food is not permitted inside the studio.
  • Animals are not allowed in the studio during recording sessions.

Online Mixing and Mastering Services:

  • No refunds will be possible after 24 hours from the date of purchase.

Delays and Absences:

  • Any late arrival to an appointment will reduce the remaining session time if another appointment is scheduled afterward.
  • In case of a no-show to an appointment after a one-hour delay without prior contact with the studio, the engineer reserves the right to cancel the session, and cancellation fees will apply.
