Use Policy


By using our online services or booking an on-site recording session, the client agrees to comply with the following conditions of use:

1. Conditions for Reserving On-Site Recording Sessions:

  • The client must respect the schedule of the recording session he has reserved.
  • In the event of non-completion of the project within the allotted time, the client is required to pay in full for the requested service. Any resumption of sessions will be at the discretion of the sound engineer in charge.

2. Use of Equipment on Site:

  • The customer must respect all equipment on site. Any damage caused may result in additional charges for repair or replacement of the damaged product.

3. Respectful Behavior:

  • The client must treat our staff with respect and consideration.

4. Refund Policy:

  • The customer must respect the reimbursement conditions defined in the dedicated section of our website.

5. Online Mixing and/or Mastering Services:

  • Delivery of the products will be within 5 working days following the date of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any request for online mixing and/or mastering services in the following cases:
    • The audio tracks are of insufficient quality.
    • Audio tracks are incomplete.
    • The requested deadline is not achievable.
    • The audio tracks do not correspond to the requested service.

6. Gift Cards:

  • Delivery of digital gift cards will be within 24 hours of the date of purchase.
  • Gift cards can be used on our website and on site.

7. Use for Promotional Purposes:

  • The client agrees that his music recorded at Studio 206 may be used for promotional purposes by the studio upon release of the recorded project. This use may include posting clips, promotional videos, audio clips, news articles, and other studio-related promotional materials.

The customer is requested to read these conditions of use. Any violation of these terms may result in termination of service without refund.
